جای تاسف است كه رييس جمهور محترم به صراحت و به طور مكرر ماده هشتم فرمان هشت ماده‌ای مبارزه با فساد را ناديده می‌گيرند. سايت «الف» متعلق به احمد توكلی نوشت: «آقای دكتر احمدی‌نژاد با حضور در همايش مديران صنعت نفت يكبار ديگر بدون نام بردن يا حتی اشاره‌ای روشن به مشخصات گروهی خاص "برخی" را متهم كرد كه در "برخی جاها" فشار می‌آورند تا منافع چرخش صنعت نفت را در جيب "برخی" بريزند».
